Beware of Steve the Killer (KILLER SURVIVAL)

Description

Theres a omnious Cold-blooded killer out on the loose called Steve. Whitness states the Killer has Glowing eyes, black hair, blood on him from head to foot, and has a Chainsaw. If you catch a glimpse, see clearly, or get chased by anyone that fits the whitness description, find the nearest phone and contact you local Police Department. P.S.= I had set the Emitters that spawn Steve at a 6.0 Frequency, I Saw 2 Steves! so I set them to 12.0 Frequency, That stopped the Steves from "OverRespawning"
