Description
This is the Glowing Skeleton Costume giveaway for ALL the characters. Sadly, it doesn't work on big toggle because the skeleton doesn't show when you do it. That's stupid! Although, little toggle can have it. Also, to get the sackbots, you need to SELECT THEM with the popit cursor. I think that's why they're flashing???
